This is another shot of IFD Engine 16.
In the background is the Mississippi River. The boats are already getting
into position for the fireworks. The boats are not allowed to anchor
and had to stay powered up through the whole evening.
The steamboat is the Josiah Snelling. It is owned by the Johnathan Paddelford
Packet Company.
We are on the edge of a construction site, thus the piles of rock and
dirt. The waterfront area is undergoing a revival and there are some
beautiful condos going up there.
